You can come to from November to April, the weather is most favourable from November to April. However since the roads conditions are excellent, Xishuangbanna is also a popular destination during the rainy season. And I will recommend the tours attractions such as from White stupa, the Jung Zhen Octagonal Pavilion, Wild Elephant Valley, Xishuangbanna Manting Park.
