Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tian’anmen Square (The solemn and respectful Tiananmen Square is the largest central city square in the world, which serves not only Beijing’s symbol but also the whole of China.), the Forbidden City (The magnificent Forbidden City is the largest and the best-preserved Imperial Palace complex in the world.) and the Temple of Heaven (The Temple of Heaven is the largest group of structures in the country dedicated to rituals that pay homage to the glory of heaven). The Beijing Duck Dinner is served for you as dinner.
Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall (one of the ‘Eight Wonders of the World’ and is enlisted in the World Heritage Directory). Visit the Ming Tomb (the burial site of 13 ancient Ming emperors) and the Summer Palace (a famous classic imperial garden with breathtaking beauty. It holds a special place in the history of Chinese gardens) in the afternoon.
Day 04: Beijing - Tsetang
Take a morning flight to Tsetang where the altitude is 3,400 meters above sea level. Check in at the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon.
Day 05: Tsetang
Transfer to the bank of Yarlung Tsangpo River. Then take ferry to visit the Samye Monastery. In the afternoon, visit the Tomb of Tibet Kings and the Yumbu Lakang.
Day 06: Tsetang - Gyangtse
Transfer to Gyangtse and visit the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain on the way. Check in at the hotel.
Day 07: Gyangtse - Shigatse
Visit the Palkhor Monastery and the Gyangtse Old Street. Transfer to Shigatse and check in at the hotel.
Day 08: Shigatse - Lhasa
Visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen. Transfer to Lhasa and check in at the finest hotel in Lhasa.
Day 09: Lhasa
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace( had been rebuilt by the Fifth Dalai Lama in 1645. Since then, Potala Palace has become the seat of Dalai Lamas and also the political center of TibeT), the Sera Monastery,(Sera is one of the three largest monasteries of Gelugpa, sits at the foothills of Tatipu) the Norbulingka Park (It is the biggest man-made gardens in Tibet Autonomous Region.),and a Tibetan family.
Day 10: Lhasa
Visit the Jokhang Temple, the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street is the oldest street in a very traditional city in Tibet. It is a place where Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts assemble and a place to which a visit must be paid.), the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory.
Day 11: Lhasa - Xian
Take a flight to Xian. Visit the City Wall and transfer to the best hotel in the city. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served for you at the hotel this evening.
Day 12: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum (It is cited as the ‘Eighth Wonder of the World’ and was listed by UNESCO in 1987 as one of the world cultural heritages.). In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda (a Buddhist temple and one of the sign of Xian). After you enjoy the local speciality, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.
Day 13: Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum. Visit the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore for some souvenirs or antiques in the Bazaar near the Mosque.
Day 14: Xian – Shanghai
Take flight to Shanghai, Visit the Bund (Situated on the east bank of the Huangpu River here, one can enjoy the bracing air and fine sunshine as well as seeing something of the many activities along the river) and transfer to the hotel.
Day 15: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum (is a veritable treasure house of ancient Chinese art and houses 120,000 precious relics), the Yu Garden (is the largest of Shanghai’s ancient gardens with architectural styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties), and Children’s Place, and then you will enjoy a Acrobatic Show.
Day 16: Departure from Shanghai
Transfer to airport for your departure.
