We are planning to visit Hangzhou with my children in the early December, we are from Malaysia and we have no snow, we want to snow in Hangzhou, so is it proper time to see snow there? if not, when can we see snow in Hangzhou? thanks

Sorry , you can not see the snow in Hangzhou ,because Hangzhou has a subtropical monsoon climate with mild and moist weather and four distinct seasons.
