I stayed at Panda hotel in Hongkong only for one night transit stay. The hotel was located in new territories in HK outside of the city center. But it was no problem to me as you could take the free shuttle bus into the city. The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was okay. The hotel staffs spoke English and were very friendly. Highly recommended for a budget trip.
