I will recommend the following attractions in Nanjing for you: Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Qinhuai River, Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum, Zhanyuan Garden, Confucius Temple and so on. The main shopping streets in Nanjing include the shopping area near Xinjiekou (the city central area), Hunan Lu in the northern part of the city near Xuanwu Gate and Taiping Nanlu and Fuzimiao area in the south.

Do you mean Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo? You can just take Nanjing Subwya line 1 from Nanjing railway station to the zoo directly, and they are just one stop from each other.
