It is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hefei, covering an area of 20 hectares. The structure plan for the garden is based on the administrative divisions of Anhui province. It displays the historical & cultural attractions of the 17 cities in the province as well as their contemporary construction achievements by means of landscaping. The landscape here includes: “the beautiful scenery in Huangshan, the sailing vessels on the Chaohu Lake, the lingering charm of the Diyuan Temple, the Buddhas， halo on Mt. Jiuhua, Li Bai sings of the moon,” etc. The townscape shows the great achievements of the social & economic development in Anhui province.
