Marine world the marine world namely “Ming Hualun”, is the luxurious pleasure boat which a France constructs, in 1962 completed. Ship high 9, long 168M, extends 21M, the displacement is 14000 tons, cuts the ribbon the sewer by French President De Gaulle to take its special-purpose luxurious mail ship. the 1973 year, China purchases this ship, changes name for “bright China” the wheel, undertakes ships our country to aid Tanzania’s engineers and technicians, latter travels by Australian one company to rent the opening marine traveling line. the 1979 year, Liao Chengzhi leads a group to ride “bright China” the wheel visit to Japan, this ship is honored as “the Sino-Japanese friendship ship”.
