
Originally called “Rong Shun Guan”, Shanghai’s Classical Hotel was founded by Guang the
15th in the Qing Dynasty. It is located in the Yu Garden area, near the Bund, Nanjing Road
pedestrian street and other attractions.
Dining outlets serve top notch Shanghai cuisine, prepared by the nation’s masters.
Especially good are the deep-fried shrimps with soy sauce and the braised king sea
cucumber with shrimp’s roe. Guests can book one of more than 30 private dining rooms
which hold over 800 people altogether.
This Shanghai hotel has 65 newly decorated rooms, including standard rooms, business
