You can walk to Suzhou Experiment Middle School to take bus 313 and get off at Shilunan, then walk about 350m to SUzhou Mosque. It takes about 30 minutes. The nearest halal restaurant may be the Lanzhou Beef Noodles restaurant which is about 1.2km away from the hotel at Shidai Street, Qiuhu District.
