Yandang Mountain
Located in Leqing County of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Yandang Mountain is one of the China’s top ten must-see mountains. Famous for its magnificent peaks, waterfalls and caves, Yandang Mountain was named a World Geopark by UNESCO in 2005.
Nanxi River Scenic Area
Situated in Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province, Nanxi River Scenic Area is adjacent to Yandang Mountain (a famous world geological park southeast of Wenzhou City) in the east and covers an area of 625 square kilometers (241.3 square miles).
Jiangxinyu Island
Jiangxinyu Island is located in the middle reaches of the Oujiang River north of Wenzhou. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters (17 acres).
Zeya Scenic Area Wenzhou
Zeya Scenic Area is situated at 18 kilometers northeast of Wenzhou urban district. It is located between the elegant Zeya town and north auspicious forest town. As a provincial scenic spot area of Zhejiang Province, it occupies a land area of 128.6 square kilometers.
Wuyanling National Nature Reserve Wenzhou
Located in the northwest of Taishun County in Zhejiang Province, Wuyanling National Nature Reserve is the only state-level national nature reserve in Wenzhou City prefecture. In Chinese, the name means ‘black rock’, because the cliffs near the streams and the rocks in the canals are jet black.
Nanji Islands Wenzhou
Nanji Island is the main island of a group of 15 islands and islets, situated in the south-eastern waters of Pingyang County, Wenzhou in south-east China. This was the first marine/coastal biosphere reserve in China. The 28 km long coastline consists of exposed bedrock and sharp cliffs, bays and islets.
Baizhangji Scenic Area Wenzhou
Baizhangji Scenic Area, covering a total area of 558.8 square kilometers (140,000 acres), is located in the southwestern part of Wenzhou. Listed as a National Key Scenic Area, it is renowned for its splendid waterfalls and beautiful lakes.
Zhailiao Stream Wenzhou

My friend and I are working in Beijing now and we will be travel Whenzhou in the early December, So we have no idea it is reasonable time to travel the Yandang Mountain. What do you think? if not ,which season is the best to visit there.

The weather in the early December is cold and it is impossible to climb the mountain, I think you should change your travel time .
