The Xiamen International Hotel is adjacent to the International Airport terminal
building; an ideal location for those planning on only staying in the city for a
brief time, but perhaps not so pleasant for the traveler hoping to sample at least a
little of what Xiamen has to offer. This is also however, close to the industrial
district and only about a ten minute drive to the city center.
This is a three star hotel with a variety of rooms on offer, all equipped with air
conditioning, STV, IDD telephone and in- house movies. The glittering lobby
here is covered by a roof of glass and steel displaying up-to-date flight information
eliminating the need to telephone for such information.
The Feiyun Chinese Restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is tastefully
decorated,serving a variety of Chinese food ranging from Chiu Chow, Fujian and Sichuan
style.The Air Cafe is a tranquil lobby bar, an ideal venue for a relaxing
