The original earth towers are located at Yongding County, Longyan City about 230 km away from Xiamen City. You have to take a long-distance bus from Xiamen Hubin Bus Station to Longyan First, then transfer to another bus to Yongding. There is also direct bus from Xiamen Hubin Bus Station to Yongding Tulou but only one bus starting at around 12:00 daily. At the same time, Xiamen Songbai Byus station also has one direct bus to Yongdong at 13:00 per day.
