What is best local snack to try? while I am in Yichang. I will be travelling Yichang on the 3rd of October. please tell me some advice about the foods. thank you very much .

The local snacks here are also popular. Liangxia (cold shrimp), which gets its name from its shape, is made of rice, corn and brown sugar. It tastes cool and is even better after mixing some ice water in it.
